same old brand new blog
in this fam med posting i have ventured into many new places on our little island i have previously heard of but always thought of as being in the same "ulu" level as JB (that is, malaysia), and some that i didnt even know existed.
places like jurong hill(and the proudly named 'garden of fame'), jurong birdpark (basically jurong in general), Reflections at Bukit Chandu (some war memorial), choa chu kang, west mall and bukit batok.
all very strange and foreign looking areas.
well im glad that at least ive learnt abit more about my country but cant deny that i would be glad to go back to clementi being the westest i would ever go. so fam med is almost over, and so is 2007. cant say ill be too sad to leave it behind, hasnt really been an excellent year for me, but ill leave that to another day to reflect over.
no point wasting brain cells thinking of the 'if only's and 'what could have been's of life huh. needa conserve them for patho :( speaking of which, i started today (applause please) and i find to my horror that i actually find it pretty interesting and not too bad to mug (the last mugging subject i felt this way about was physio and we all know what happened there) but i guess all i can do is soldier on and hopefully build up a head of mugging steam so that the holiday wont affect it too much, and of course pray as hard as i study cos in my experience, prayer alwaysalways helps more.
